Disable Secure Boot on a win10 toughbook
I'm trying to disable secure boot on a WIN 10 Panasonic Toughbook (you must know why :-) but after I have changed the settings from BIOS, the computer does not boot any more. Bios seems to claim it does not find a boot device even if the internal HDD is on the top of the list.

Any suggestions to handle this to have old keys loaded?

RE: Disable Secure Boot on a win10 toughbook
In a majority of cases if secure boot is enabled on toughbook also means that disk password is enabled
if you disable disk password without the correct admin password the system will see hdd in bios but no boot action will take place as drive is not activated
thus no boot

RE: Disable Secure Boot on a win10 toughbook
Seems I've learned a bit about reboots, rebooting the forum was not intentional though.

I did not know that secure boot is a subset of uefi. Now I did not try to remove uefi but just secure boot and Xentry licence is now fine with old keys.

Next thing is to figure out WIN10 1709 and AdHoc wifi, IBSS is not accepted currently.
