What do you mean? As long as you have a clean windows 7 or 10 install with all driver's installed, it should work.

I install xdos 09.2017 on Panasonic CF74 Toughbook with Win7 Ultimate 64bit and it works very well... better then Dell

Installed Xdos 2017.09 and 2017.12 on my CF-D1. Windows 7 x64 and upgraded to 1tb SSD.

I have with Windows 10 and its faster than windows 7 but no touch screen drivers for c.f. 74
