Mercedes Benz SD C4 Error (1.1)-1.501.9882.SDS2 after ~30 mins

I just bought a Dell Latitude D830 + SDconnect C4. (with all the cables + green LAN-cable)

I only use the LAN-Cable, no Wi-Fi. The system works for 20-30 mins and then it throws the following error (accompanied with ticking relais inside the C4):

System: XDOS Xentry Open Shell 03/2017

I think that it is a cheap china clone, but I am not sure.

Any ideas on how to fix this?

Thanks Smile

That looks like a hardware error in the MUX.. run a self test and post the results.
