epc how to find (replaced by) parts
I can't find part number: A2129004202 in epc. Running database: 04/2013
Maybe the part has been replaced by an other part?!? How can I search for this part in epc? It's door module and I need to know which options it supports.

If you are getting that number off of the module, it may not be a real number... Most of the time you need the number out of the SDS in control unit information...

Use the search function in EPC with the right number..

No vin. It's up for auction at ebay.

Another question.

How do door modules work? I'm collecting parts to add blindspot assist (code 234) to my W204 facelift. Do I need to replace both door modules or can I change this option with Star?

I have no idea.. I would think if the electronics in the module were there to turn on the warning triangle in the mirror, it would be a matter of coding...

Have you looked in WIS to see if there is retrofit instructions with a parts list??

RE: epc how to find (replaced by) parts
Code 234 isn't in WIS available as retrofit. (and that's a good thing)

Do you know if there is a change in frame of the mirror where the motor is installed between eu version and version from Japan, Canada, South Korea and India?
