international help needed

international help needed
I'm needing help on solving this short on a 2006 international 9400i SBA. The problem is I have no power to the cigarette lighter neither dome lights. But the radio is working. I have checked the fuses and they're fine. If I could see a wiring diagram for it I could probably check the circuit for short. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Cigar lighter is powered by fuse F2-A. Supposed to be a battery source 15 amp fuse. Is there power to the fuse? Is there power through the fuse?

Did you check to see if the wire is attached to the back of the plug or if the ground wire is attached?

If it is a isx we had one where the wire was broke above the motor cover against the firewall. All the same symptoms like you

no there is no power to fuse
