hi, I have a gm cluster for a 2007 suburban that can't program with sps because is not new anyone happen to have calibrations files for IPC 15929468 or dps package will

In general what sps cant program calibration , dps wont. Dps is offline of sps.
SPS for that year wont care if its new or not. It seems that the part number for ipc not compatible.
I double checked, sps give selection to program 100+ ipc and non of these your ipc part number

If your calibrations are correct you can try this DPS file and see how you go.
