Oil level is good. PCV was definitely bad but I changed those out first thing and checked oil level multiple times.
I got the cam position sensors replaced. Ran it for couple hours and so far so good. Looks like it was the damn cam position sensors. Stupid design in my opinion, should at least throw codes when the read cam position is jumping. I'll run it again tomorrow, then test drive it and I'll update the post again.
