Hey guys hoping someone can help me out. I have a 2013 Peterbilt with a Paccar MX engine which has been DEF deleted, ECM flashed for the delete. I need to change the vehicle speed parameter. Someone told me that I needed some type of file to do that. If that is the case what am I looking for and what service tool would I need to complete this?

you need to do it with davie 4 update
you need to go to vehicle pro in eportal update vin with new max vehicle speed then go to davie and update ecm from server
i do that before i delete them for the reason you will lose the delete or do delete again
my bud says you cannot do in file correctly or some rather
