2016 peterbilt

1
I have a 2016 Peterbilt with a Cummins. Keeps go No into regen when pto is on. The Cummins end is fine, is this programmable through the peterbilt side? If so does anyone have the software I need to do this?
Thanks

ISX15 CM2250? There is an option under features and parameters for allowing regen with the PTO engaged. Mine does not show it, because this is a simulated ISX CM870, but on the 2250's its here.

If you've already gone that route, verify the engine ECM is receiving a command that the PTO is engaged.
