Hello, i have 2019+ dodge ram diesels 6.7l cummins that i repair and sometimes i need to replace the ECU/PCM due to fire damage and currently i cannot rewrite the VINS in the used ECU/PCM to match the car its going into so it can work properly. Is anyone able to offer this service i can ship you the ECU/PCM if you'd like or if you have a software that will allow me to do it i will purchase it. I don't need any tuning or anything just a simple VIN flash so it can work in the next vehicle.

cheapest and easiest way to change vin numbers on chrysler products is a program called Alfaobd and get yourself the obdlink mx+ bluetooth dongle to use with it. It works on android and pc . Best 200 bucks you will spend for fca products.

Not that easy I think.
For 2019+ in order to program the inmobilizer and allow the vehicles to start and run if you replace the PCM, is not as easy as only changing the VIN number.
Not done much of this latest models, but from 2018 on things changed in security systems.

If this information helped you, don't forget to give THANKS + REP to this post
Post VIN or Year, Make, Model, Engine and Trans type for vehicles. Make, Model and Serial Number for machinery.

Correct, before 2018 its doable and pretty easy, its the new security features in the 2018+ models with the secondary gateway behind the radio that makes it hard to do these new PCMs.

I just programmed a used ECM on a 2020 RAM Cummins last week. The whole job needs to be done with CDA6 on the bench.
1) Rewrite VIN
2) Run ECU unlock function (all 3) this puts the ECM in programming mode and wipes immo data
3) Flash with correct calibration.
Install and start vehicle. Easy peazy
