4f9910156a tcm locked

I'm having issues with this tcm. 
Its locked due to immobilizer data not adapted. 
Odis won't let me unlock due to it not being adapted and when I try to adapt it fails with malfunction. Not sure if the procedure im doing is right. 
I also had a TeamViewer set up with a gentleman and he wasn't able to do it either. Not sure if there's a svm code I can use or flash it with different software. 
Need help...

There's a long story on this car we'll the engine was blown and I tried to adapt another ecu to the car and transmission. With a rites without any luck being different power class. 
So I bought an original 3.0t engine and still not able to drive the car its just one thing after another chasing an audi dream

Now all depends on the malfunction number.....if u give me TeamViewer i will try to fix or also help to find any other way.
