Hi guys need your help or your opinion .
I have here at my workshop audi a3 8v with tcm fault lost communication on engine module and diag wont connect to tcm module .
This car wont start and Stuck in P and blinking but sometimes start and runs without problem.
U010100 Lost Communication with TCM
I checked all power supply and lines can everything seems fine .
Probably bad TCM module on mechatronic right??
Has anyone had a similar problem ?

Mechatronic and TCM module is the same thing in this car.
Check your fuses and ground before starting to change parts.

Problem solved reburfished gearbox and new tcm module

Problem was mecatronic, not gearbox. I havee the fix for no communication TCM

Loose connections inside TCM is the main issue . Get some solder and flux that can hold to steel . Scrape silver coating off pads until you see copper . Solder back loose wires to pads . And you should be good to go.
