ACDELCO SPS Subscription

Hi there,

Am looking for someone to help regarding subscription to GM SPS programming in acdelcotds.com. but the problem that am living outside the regions listed US, Canada and Australia. Am living in Qatar actually and i cant purchase the service. if anyone can help by either giving me his subscription under payment off course . or make a payment to my account using his billing address and card. BTW The car to be programmed is 2008 Cadillac Escalade.
