You'll need a mdi/mdi2 or j2534 passthru tool, obd socket, wiring with various plugs for BCM, ECM and any units you want to add to it

I need only for GM SRS Control ECUs and maybe later for GM Instrument Dash Clusters

Not that simple, SPS will look for vin number from BCM before it does anything else... (or ecm, cant remember which)

Go hack a vehicle at the scrap yard, get what plugs and wires you need. Fix a 35mm rail on a cupboard wood, stick some Weidmuller push-in double terminals and start wiring. Get a stable bench power supply, preferable adjustable current limited, example Tektronix PWS2326. Set max voltage to 14.4A, current to your needs, I keep it at 3.5A in case I mess something up in the wiring.

Knock 2 relays and sockets from a car, make yourself an ecu relay and ignition relay.
Once done, be proud, make a picture and let us enjoy it.
