I've dealt with him multiple occasions and if ever an issue it's fixed pretty fast.

We speak on Skype as you can see on the screenshots. I sent him a message in the morning and its 00h00 and didn't had an answer.

Although I have only been on this forum for a short time, I have seen it in all the forums there are and it is good to know this so as not to do business with this type of people.

And he is a middleman

Here , and in RUSSIA , exist remote installators
In Russia this installation cost 30$
He pay 30$ and not make nothing . All installation make other man with 30usd payment


he can't fix anything for you


and he won't give you your money back
This is impossible for him

If you want to do it well - do it yourself

Because ALL ( now i serios ) remote installators- work VERY VERY VERY bad 
"Write me Anydesk" and "bla bla bla bla bla" , pay in $$$$$ for my "bla bla bla"


And they all want to install programs very expensively, and only for euros and dollars

They all say that there are a lot of fools on MHH ,  who are ready to pay for it in dollars

This is my hobby now , you can see in photo .
Because ALL remote installators make work very bad . And now i make for me all what i need . In 2024 i changed +/- 15 remote installators. This people can't make work good  and asap

All this programs what you see i install in 1 laptop
SSD 2tb
3 windows systems 
1 - Mercedes ( 500 Gb )
2 - BMW and ODIS + all other ( +/- 1Tb )
3 - JLR ( now I work with him , install Pathfinder  , need time for FULL photo. +/- 300 Gb )

And need only 1 scanner for all software

but I think so many programs on the same laptop is too risky
if a problem arises, it affects for  all brands software at the same time
