Astra H CIM PIN CODE DIVORCE SECONDHAND UNIT

hi there guys my astra h van z19dth h will not start I get ignition and just get a relay click from the REC that's it and when I plug in Tech2 i can connect to UEC and REC but will not connect to CIM saying no communication with CIM also get no communication with vehicle when in engine ecu I have had the firewall wiring loom out to do a repair where a wire broke put everything back and now won't start been told its the CIM gone as radio cid display no longer lights up either the thing is I can't find a CIM tech2 rest for my part number is there anyone in the uk that I can send it to to read the eprom I do not have a eprom reader or the software to do it any help would be very much appreciated as the vans been of the road for 2 months and I can't walk due to knee op.... hope someone other can help me out.......
