Astra K 1.6 cdti 110HP LVL engine boost pressure

Hello everyone. 
I have problem with Astra K 1.6 cdti 2019.  After press acceleration pedal car make black smoke cloud from exhaust. Car dosnt smoke at iddle or under hard acceleration. Only when I make first rpm acceleration even 1500/1700. There is no DTC, no power loss. Injectors testes, no air leaks. Map, maf, swirl flaps everything tested. Ecu back to stock. Nothin changed. I have suspect on problem with tubocharger. It looks like started too late. Could someone look at that my gds screenshots and give me advice its correct reading or wrong ?

Maybe take a look on your egr?Can accumulate soot on it and that create the smoke you are talking about..a solution to see if that is the problem is to put a blank plate on your egr and perform a test drive.

By the way i would look further on your readings because your map sensor is getting way less boost pressure than desired,so check further your intercooler pipes with a smoke machine should be a must to discard it..

Hey, Thanks for answer. I tested intercooler and pipes with smoke machine and everything its fine. Egr and whole intake mainfold was cleaned. I tested it with blanked egr and values between MAP and desired boost pressure was very strange. In link there is a record of it.

Have you checked dpf? do you have recorded values of diff pressure sensor..? on idle and full load on road test not stopped

DPF is removed from that car because it was permamently clogged from that smoke

So car is not stock anymore,maybe bad dpf solution off..? Post dump and we can check

Car come to me with damaged dpf. First I removed dpf and egr (good ecu solution) to make some drive test. With removed dpf and blanked egr it was no difference with that black smoke so I back to ori file. Now car have removed dpf but I want bring it back. Anyway before I buy new DPF i must fix problem with black smoke to dont destroy new dpf :/

I know that delco e98 its difficult ecu. Is it possible that ecu adjust fuel stroke map to desired pressure sensor values not to MAP readings ?

Hello,

Which Tool you Read and Write Delco ? Its Possible ECU is defekt.

Much Tuning Tools Read/Write this ECU not Correct.
The Best Tool for this is IO Terminal or MD Flasher.
Read File and Post it here.
