Audi A3 eepron internal error

Hi
I have an Audi A3 /2009 with engine 1,9 tdi (BLS), with automatic gearbox.
The car functions well, but in engine control module i have an permanent error ;
EEPROM INTERNAL ERROR.
I opened the ecu, and i found some water sign, i have cleaned, but error still remained.
The ecu has sn: 03G 906 056 N
Bosch SN ; 0281 015 168

With kess, ecu id is :

I have read eeprom  with Galetto.
PLS CAN ANYBODY HELP ME WITH AN FULL BDM (OR WITH A BIN FROM EEPROM)

Ecu is EDC 16U34

A3 2009 is edc17. That's why I gave you a warning

Usualy yes, but that car has edc 16u34...check the ecu nunmber. i wrote that in the first post
