I post this post here because I don't know very well which forum to go to, I hope it proceeds.
I wanted to comment on a curious problem that happens to me with the autocom 2021.11 since I have it installed on a dell lactitude e7274 laptop and it works but only with obd2. >When I enter the scan of the car in question by iss it is left thinking and the interface does not change color. In the other procedures with OBD2 it does so without any problem.
LO recognizes perfectly the firware is up to date but there it stays thinking without you showing signs of communication with the interface.
I have tried it in another one with win11 and it fits without problem in everything.
The truth is that it has me out of place, in this laptop I have the toyota techsteam and it runs without problems, the wurt program (wow) and I also ran with my previous autocom intereface (I was already 8 years old).
I have checked the pins of the diagnostic socket, cable, etc...
Same car with the same interface and two different laptops one with WIN 10 and one with WIN 11, it only connects me in ISS mode (PROF scanning).
And I just get into that mode with the other laptop and Win 11.
Has it ever happened to you? Because the program works on both laptops but on the win 10 .... The ISS> function (professional scanning) does not work.
