BCM Chevrolet 2007

I have a 2007 Chevrolet Captiva 2.0 diesel
the vehicle does not start after the battery is discharged. 
lights on the dashboard but the vehicle does not start.
The errors in the engine are that there is no communication with the BCM,when i read the BCM with the tool,it has no errors.
Is the BCM damaged and is there a solution or do i have to replace the BCM module
