CAN Bus Errors + SCR Fault (P21CB, U0100 etc.) – Ducato 250 2023

Hello,
I am looking for a wiring diagram for the SCR system of a Fiat Ducato 250 2.2D 140 Multijet (model year 2023).
VIN: ZFA25000002W63414
Vehicle type: motorhome
I am currently experiencing the following fault codes:

• P21CB
  
• U0075
  
• U0074
  
• U0100
  
• U0001
  
• P20EA
  

So far, I have checked all accessible wiring and connectors as thoroughly as possible.
All fuses have also been inspected and appear to be in good condition.
The vehicle still starts, but it shows a remaining driving range of only 100 km (likely due to the SCR/AdBlue system issue).
At this point, I am unsure how to proceed further.
Does anyone have access to the wiring diagram or experience with these fault codes on this model?
