Can someone assist me please? Java Runtime 1.8u172 missing

Im really starting to feel like giving up, tried everything to install ODIS, tried all versions, started on Win10, all failed, so set up a partition with WIN7, but now having problems with all versions installing ok, but when I launch I get a popup saying a certain piece of software is missing, some times, java runtime, or KB3033 etc.

Is there a fools guide on all needed software needed on an operating system BEFORE installing ODIS?

Which version ODIS is your installed ? and which version is your windows 10 and windows 7 , 32bit or 64 bit ? home or professional .....
