Cat ET error code 2011A

Hello everyone! When attempting to retrieve a license key for the ET 2011A, I keep receiving the error (Contact Support Center (E-mail: [email protected]) for help. License Error. [CK3905]

  I think I've messed with this now for about two days and would really appreciate any help given. The license code shown is D281 CECC 692A 4D4A A4EA DA1B and the key code I receive form the key generator is (DA1D C592 46A8 EADA 1B). As soon as I hit the authorize button, I recieve the error.

I guess your license key is not correct for ET 2011A.
