Changing VIN number - GM DPS

Hi all, 

Recently downloaded GM DPS and trying to install used ECM on a 2018 Sierra 3500 6.6L diesel. 
Wondering if someone could advise on how to change VIN on used module? 
Also, if anyone could help with either making a file for DPS so I can program, or provide steps how to make the files would be much appreciated.

Thank you all who viewed + posted. We ended up replacing the module with a new one from GM and programming it.
For anyone reading this in the future, if anyone is having trouble programming and is using Autel Elite J2534 Passthru device, switch to either GM MDS or another J2534 device.
We had issues programming immobilizer with Autel Elite box, switched to MDS and worked no problem.
