Hey guys.
I am new here and and I have an issue right now with my Chrysler Pacifica build 2016.
It is an US Import and now I am driving it in germany. The original Radio (Harman VP3 NA) has been modified to german languange and EU maps were added.
I wanted to modify something in my car and used AppCar DiagFCA. After that only the back speakers are working and i cannot change the volume with the knob or steering wheel in my radio. I dont know what I have done.
I wanted to update the radio and donwloaded the original firmware from uconnect.com. That was a mistake. After starting the update the radio could not finish the update and stuck.
After that I bought a new (used one) unmodified radio from an Pacifica 2017 (Harman VP3 NA). I tested it and now the issue is still here. I can only hear music from the rear speakers.
When i reset the whole radio (factory reset) the radio starts and all speakers are working and I can adjust the volume. Then I shut off the car and start it again and the radio has the old issue again. Only after a factory reset it works once and after that the issue comes back.
Do you know what I am doing wrong? Can someone give me a hint what I can try to change with the program (AppCar DiagFCA)?
