Citroen c3 immo off

Hi to all. I have problem whit citroen c3 . ecu locked..change bsi new key added but no lack to start a car,,,i check wiring but stil problem .The ecu is sagem s2000pm2..eeprom is 95160..maybee someon have immo off for this ecu???

I need a virgin EEprom, the original was broken.
