Corsa E bluetooth problem

Can't connect my phone via Bluetooth. The radio displays a message that the device list is full, but in reality it is empty. I have already disconnected the battery for 15 minutes and it did not help. 
Is there any solution?

In settings is there an option to reset radio of any kind? Clear and reset customer data? Reset to factory?

there is a reset option in the phone settings, but it doesn't do anything
