Dodge journey 09/10 2.0 CRD cooling fan high speed with climate control on (ac off)

1
Hello all, I have Dodge Journey 2010 2.0d (CRD) 103 kw.
The car has a fault:
Engine cooling fan turns on (on high speed) when I turn on climate control. When I turn on AC the fan (radiator fan) turns on and when I press AC off fan turns off (as it should be). Also the same behaviour when I turn on climate control flap position to blow into windscreen it turns on radiator fan on high speed and when I press windscreen button (in climate control panel) again to change its position the fan shuts off (I think this also is a normal behaviour).               But the problem is when I change climate control position to blow air into feet and after that also (together) into windscreen, the fan (engine cooling fan) turns on and even unpressing windscreen position and leaving only feet or interior center position fan stays on all the time on high speed. All this happens with ac turned off. It happens no matter engine cold or hot. I have several diagnostic tools (autel, launch, autocom,..). No cooling fan related dtcs. All the temperatures including (engine coolant, engine oil, fuel, intake air, ambient, ac evaporator,... seems to be normal). Also AC pressure is normal.
Did anyone have similar problem to this?
I've even tryed to replace climate control module but the problem persists. Any help would be highly appreciated.
If you need I can share any info related to the car  (I mean engine or other parameters via diag tool, visual inspection, etc...).
I've found that in engine ecu has been done DPF OFF, (cooling fan and dpf regeneration related) so I've downloaded on the internet ori ecu file (according to sw number) - Edc16u31 0281014579 1037397862, even tryed other software that fits to this ecu (1037396495) behaviour the same. After writing ori file ecu shows egt 3 (exhaust gas temperature sensor bank 1 sensor 3) faulty. By putting in potentiometer regulated to about 100°C temperature to be able to clear dtc. But still problem persists.
Is this fan behaviour normal to turn on on high speed even without ac on?

Also did not mentioned - without turning on climate control, engine cooling fan behaves as it should.
