E46 LCM issue....

What means and what more important, how to fix this issue:

0000BE KOMBI: Data-filing difference to central light module, mileage -1

what did you change recently? did you have any bmw xenons or bmw rear led lights? it means that the light switch were the mileage is stored has different settings from the dashboard memory that has the mileage stored. what year is the e46?

Nothing change by me. That was when bought car. Year -2005.
Yes, some reason mileages not match. Can reset or setup P.A. Soft maybe...

Xenon yes, no leds.
No tampertod in dashboard.

probably at some point the lcm was changed with a second hand one and was manually programmed with pa soft to match the dashboard and remove the tampered light. Had to replace mine one cause i installed bmw bi xenons and rear original leds. Programmed with pa soft and all worked fine updated the mileage as well so it matched the dashboard. When connected to icom i am getting this error, most likely a warning from icom that the lcm is not the original one, but everything works fine on my car. Sometimes this error is coming up when there is corrosion on the contacts on the lcm, see if you have any signs of corrosion there.

[font="MHH Font", Calibri, sans-serif]Most this error code can be bad common broken wires at the trunk loop or bad burned rear tail light contact inner housing can cause for these error codes as well..hope this help...
