ECU swapping B14NEJ to B14NEH

Hi all, is it possible if I change VIN and PIN to get the extra 50HP to my car? Engine components are exactly the same.

after vin change you need to set correct sw for your car regarding original VIN

I have SPS.

So I tried to replace it with the 150HP B14NEH ECU, but didn’t work. I changed VIN, PIN and Odometer with IO Terminal but I can‘t get it to work. I did ECM IMMO learn via SPS, learned clutch pedal via GDS2 and tried to config & Setup. But before the setup for the oil and learning procedure SPS says no connection to ECU. Car starts but with reduced power. 
I tried also the same with the exact same ECM from a donor Car. Also the same with Config & Setup. 

What can I do to get it working?
