The immo data in this ECU is wrong, did you try to clone it by overwriting with another dump?
VAG immo solutions (clone, immo off, repair) MDG1, MEDC17, SIMOS, SDI, DCM6.2V, BCM2, Porsche BCM1, EZS, ELV, AL/DQ/DL/VL gearboxes, INVCON, MED9.x crypto

HI  I get one ecu with wrong immo off an the i upated flash by obd
