SOLVED, at least for now.
Drilled hole, installed on top of the casing small 40x40x10mm 12v DC fan, glued properly.
Soldered the fan wires to the obd connector.
On the bottom I have drilled another 25mm hole so the fan can suck air.
Tested on the car with live data for 40+ minutes, back and forth....working like a charm.
