I have tried to repair this FRM file but im suspecting D flash is corrupted. Does anyone have a good D-Flash for this FRM3 please?

Use this file it is compatibile with your VIN. Cary out coding after writing flash and eee.

I am having a problem with an FRM 3 box. It seems to me that it is corrupt. I cannot get any valid data in the D Flash.
Can you help me fix it?
I am attaching the DFlash and PFlash reading carried out in VVDI Prog.

found it on vvi prog the only thing i can read is the eeprom and flash.
the part number of this module is.
r56 high eks
