I need to replace a BHM in a freightliner M2, 2007. Do these need to be programmed if I buy new or used? Also I have DDD8 Engineering, can I program these or needs to be done by dealer?

You will need to program the bulkhead module. If you don't have a legit license for DL8 then it won't work because you'll have to pull the info from the server.
