GM DPS - 2017 Chevy Volt T6 Module Programming (Expert Advice Needed)

Hello everyone, I need advice from a DPS specialist. I have a 2017 chevy volt. Replaced T6 PIM /HPCM module from another car 2018 chevy volt

SPS-online did not help. error p3260. I made a file for DPS but the update is still not successful. I will attach the DPS log file below. I hope for the help of participants of a forum.

At least one cal is not good (for this ecu). Did you keep on-line sps log?

Heres my two cents

I got this exact same error when trying to program a used BCM with SPS, never get to the writing part it just downloads the calibrations and attempt to write but never really connect after 3 times i get this error. I suppose that SPS wont program calibrations from different vin and that's why we get the cyber security violation. Someone told me to buy a new blank BCM but since we can buy refurbished Blank BCM there should be a way to edit VIN and reprogram.

I spent few days looking into this and ended up with couple options, you can zero' the vin sector to be able to reprogram with DPS but still dont know how and last option buy a Blank BCM.

I also have to figure out if even with the vin change and the new calibration i would be able to change the IMMO code automatically so i can match the ECU.

Я получил точно такую же ошибку при попытке запрограммировать подержанный BCM с SPS, никогда не доходил до части записи, он просто загружал калибровки и пытался писать, но никогда не подключался после 3 раз, когда я получаю эту ошибку. Я предполагаю, что СПС не будет программировать калибровки с разных вин, и поэтому мы получаем нарушение кибербезопасности. Кто-то сказал мне купить новый пустой BCM, но поскольку мы можем купить отремонтированный пустой BCM, должен быть способ отредактировать VIN и перепрограммировать.

Я провел несколько дней, изучая это, и в итоге выбрал пару вариантов: вы можете обнулить сектор vin, чтобы иметь возможность перепрограммировать с помощью DPS, но до сих пор не знаете, как это сделать, и последний вариант — купить пустой BCM.

Я также должен выяснить, смогу ли я даже со сменой vin и новой калибровкой автоматически изменить код IMMO, чтобы я мог сопоставить ECU.

Where you able to find a solution to this problem? I replaced the same part and am running into the same issue. Are you able to share the file you made for DPS? I extracted the downloaded file from SPS but have not made an archive yet.

I am confused still as to why you changed the checksums? If you didn't modify the files then you shouldn't have had to change the checksum..
Can you post up the cache files as you grabbed then unchanged..
If you did change the files what were you changing and why? I do not know volt's at all but in BCM and ECM calibrations the VIN or IMMO is not in these files..

I suspect a problem with your creation of the programming archive and would offer to take a look at it with my limited knowledge.
