GM Radio Theft Unlock Help

Hello Everyone 

I have Chevrolate Caprice 2008 / Similar to pontiac G8 Just replaced a radio. Now message Theft protection Active. Any one have DPS Unlock files ? Or Anyone can do it Remotely? 

Note I tried to do it using SPS Techline but still Locked
