GM T87A HP Tuners Unlock

Hello everyone, I am seeking help with Unlocking the GM T87A TCM. I have the Read File via Kess 3. I am also interested in learning what needs to be done to continue to do these procedures on my own. Please and Thank You!

I just did this. I ordered an unlocked tcm from hp tuners. You can send yours in to them to get unlocked. Those are the only two ways to be able to tune them.

Thank you but I am capable of programming to a donor car. I needed a bin file that was able to be read and written by hp tuner
