Help 2023 grand cherokee wont start

I have a customer's 2023 grand cherokee v6 petrol engine. Vehicle was in a car accident and after that it wont crank/start 
I deleted all dtc codes and did reset pcm, bcm and srs module. Did the turn signal method to try to reset the "Enhanced accident response system" but had no luck

Any advise?

U113e is the only code stored
And searching  is very common to those vehicles stip starting after a crash, even a small one. But didnt find how to restore it

Thank you, Ill try to fix that code first and post again

Still wont start, all fuses are good, no codes on any module and I tried to bypass the starter to make the engine start and it did crank but wont start

If someone else's is having this problem. You need witech and go to special functions and reset pcm crash report
