If your version of "help" is insulting someone's intelligence when they're in good faith trying to learn something new, then I say good riddance. I tried to help and I gave you good advice but it did not help and now you have given me negative feedback for doing nothing more than helping until you decided that saying you where having a problem is insulting to your intelligence.
When people try to help if they say you are having a problem, trouble or an issue that is not an insult but for whatever reason you are having a bad day and went off at me.
You just joined are you sure this is the line you want to go down?

It's all good I would have told him how to send one file once he got the archives sorted out and I even told him to use 7zip to unpack the SPS files which no one told me I had to work it out myself after looking at file sizes and tearing my hair out for 2 days but yes you are right and like my Auntie used to say "No good deed goes unpunished"
