U0126 no cell with angle sensor ...
U0140 no cell with control module bodywork, incorrect data
In headlight adjustment:
u0460 steering angle sensor, incorrect data
Can seem to be ok ...
Advice ...
Need to do SPS?
I replaced the angle sensor and made adaptations, nothing changes ...
I'm sorry, my english is not the best ...

Use SPS to program all the modules calibration and configuration will fix it.

Why would you do SPS when it's clearly saying your SAS is not communicating as it should be.............. Check the Steering Angle Sensor wiring and the sensor it could be the sensor is faulty or it needs to be Calibrated..........
Thanks & Best Regards

hi guys, i see thread is bit old but i have exact same issue.
Originally i had issue where after few min of drive i would get AFL error so i disconnected battery, i then disconnected BCM out to get to AFL, disconnected AFL to check for moisture damage etc... i reconnected everything back and now i have exact same issues
U0126
U0140
u0460
also my trunk wont open anymore
I see @troyt commented about use SPS to program all the modules calibration and configuration will fix it.
Is it possible to use it with GlobalTis offline programming since its Opel Insignia 2009 ? If its possible can you tell me what OBD tool i need. I have opcom but its chinese crap clone.
Or must be done online ? Either way would appreciate if you could tell me what exactly i need !
Thank You

ok guys, in my case i have RHD car. Passenger side the main wiring loom connector was bit dirty ( green stuff ) and also it wasn't plugged in properly and that sorted my issue !
