Is there a tool to organize bin files ?

Few time ago I see a took like that but don't found it again.

Anybody knows it ?

interesting if exist this tool, the only program that i know for do that is the hex editor and works manually.

yes, there is a software that can do that but only works with bosch, here. pass in PM

I need that soft too..(I was tried bosch id,ols,data managers etc...but need special for our jobs..tuning database file by size type sw number etc all)
may be nostredamus can be make (he was make  database themes for web)
