KTAG Install help

Hi, I bought a ktag a few months ago, 2.23 / 7.020
I tried to install the software but it didn't work. I then forgot about it and now I need to use it. I cant find the disc now so I tried to download it but I still cant get it to work. Can someone team viewer in and help me get it to work?
I would really appreciate it.

Hi, thanks for the reply. I bought it from a guy called taggy tech on ebay but he isn't responding. It didn't specify what it is. Its got a CE Sticker on it with the NEW KTAG SW HW.
I don't know how else to know what it is.

The guy just messaged me with a download link for the software. I don't know how to open the drivers folder
