Kess Problem?

1
hi everyone! , I bought a kess V2 c ** ne for testing which seems to work well and I was able to read and write my ecu sh12 without problems.
I then found an online remapping service that processed my original file.
Once the modified file is write to ecu (without any error) the engine starts hiccuping and turns off. If I reload the original file there is no problem.
Now they tell me that the problem is due to the Kess clone that fails the checksum ...... is it possible?  i think instead that is a bad tune! ....
thaks for support

Did you send the file to tuningbot? If yes do not use their services for tuning. They are amateurs. Took me in circles for two good days, eventually found a proper tuner in this forum. If a tool writes your original ok then it will write a tune ok. Tell them to go !@#$ themselves. Thugs.

yes, after a very long discussion they admit that use a pre-compiled database and apply this on dump sent.
Searching online i found they use a template for a most recent software revision of my ecu. I tryed to explain they to use a correct template for my ecu but seem they not understand....
They don't want refund me and with their file i can upload it on trash bin.... without checksum error! :-) :-) :-)
