Key programming SPS Error Code FE05, FE03

1
Hello all, I wanted to add a key in Insignia A FL MY2014 Keyless today. I purchased access to SPS through servicebox and used VXDIAG. I connected to the car then selected the Z1 Immo Learn option. I then selected add transponder keys. After repeated attempts to program, I received error code FE05 Security Code Input Incorrect or twice FE03 Security Code Function Locked. I will add that the customer entered the wrong security code several times because he forgot. This key was given to the car. There was no success in programming. Everything performed according to the SPS procedure. Thank you in advance for your answers

Read security code from bcm and compare or you have correct one.

After you put wrong security code too many times it will lock for about hour as i remember. You can see in GDS as security wait time how many time left.
I can provide wiring diagrams, parts number, technical service bulletins, part replacement procedures etc.. for Citroen/Opel. No pin code or key cut codes.
