Lexia 3 full chip dead - any advice?

Hi guys,

I have issue with my Lexia 3 interface,
Today I have worked on Citroen C3 2005, programming BSI, and in one moment, light on interface went off, I tried to disconnect USB, but there was no reaction in windows, then I have connected other lexia interface what I had laying around, and that one works, it was recognised by windows instanly.
did anybody had any similar situation and if so, how did you fix your interface?

According to some experts here your samsung ram should be the culprit, I tried that sometimes back and I have connection with windows.
