Lexia FullChip don't work, please help me solve the issue

I have flasher it like 5 times but always same SN, is there a link for firmware that will change SN also?!

The serial numbers 921815 or 963830 /c PEUGEOT both works well, you'had flashed it already before ,and there's nothing to do more with flashing to change the serial anymore ,
as i understand you have 2 set of lexia3 unit, for testing purposes you change the relay PCB to check other hw issues...

The serial number of mine is showing 963830 when i connect to diagbox of lexia it is recognized but no communication with any car

Still issue is present, but I am using Launch now

i think you have hardware problem with 12V (faulty optocoupler)
remove and short faulty optocoupler and it will work fine with vin recognition
