MB W210 MSA25.1 EGR OFF from ECU - looking for help

I have problem with EGR in my car, MB W210 3.0TD ECU MSA25.1. EGR is 100% OK, selenoid is 100% OK, wiring OK but trouble code wont clear P1403 Sad

I think is a problem in my ECU, because bypass with resistor and diode not work.
I was desolder and read HHH and LLL memory. Is possible to EGR OFF direct from ECU's flash?
