MB W447 mileage correction

Hello, 
I have a problem with mileage correction of Vito W447 2019 year with Visteon instrument cluster. I changed mileage in eeprom 95640, put can filter set to 222 and after ignition on return original mileage, tried with another can filter set to w166, mileage dont change back, but all systems stops work and stores fault in CAN communication with instrument cluster.

I would be so grateful if anyone can help me to solve the problem !

Sorry but I was away from city. Here is the original eeprom and the eeprom corrected with CG100x programmer. Current km 417k > new km 217k.

I tried your file, but cluster shows 0km and after ignition on come bach original mileage.
