Ok thanks to member Rushlow who supplied the files and has given me the go ahead to post them for everyone to enjoy - unlike some members who do not want to share!
Anyway if you want to leave thanks and +1 rep please look up Rushlow and give them to him as all I did was test and repackage for downloading for everyone to enjoy.
Any questions you can ask but this is not a spoon feeding thread so read read read and if you are really confused ask away but not everyone will be using the same hardware or programmer so it will be a real steep learning experience if you have none to start with.
Also once your interface is working again you cannot resync it ever again so use it wisely!
