MQB key PCB missing element

Hi, i have mqb key from VW polo

Someone try open shell with screwdriver and now car dont start
On pcb is missing element

Someone know what should be here and what is resistance of coil?

If it is MQB 48 then it should be small capacitor on the side (close to coil/ antenna).
Value about 0.18 nF

I'm not sure, but it's not a capacitor. When I measured it with a multimeter, there was no reading in pF or nF; it measured 21.1 ohms, but that's not a resistor either. It's not a fuse either, since it wouldn't measure more than 1.2 ohms.

You can not measure a component in circuit most of the time. Desolder it and make some measurements. LCR + diode test is all you have to do. It can not be anything else.
